Saudi Theology College creates well-balanced and learned clerics...

... or so they would like us to believe.

Riyadh University Seeks to Correct Misconceptions

The worst thing that the government ever did with its oil revenues was to set up this place. Every year it turns out hundreds of graduates. A few go on to become lawyers. However most are good for nothing but becoming Imams, paid for by the state, at the ever-increasing number of mosques. And it's clear what they are taught, because you can hear them spewing out their poisonous message over their loudspeakers during Friday prayers. The whole place is a sewer of religious and racial bigotry, with its doctrine of hate against the Unbeliever and the Jew, and support of the universal jihad against them. It's an institution that is rotten to the core and should be closed down at the earliest opportunity.

And let's face it, the material they get are not the shiniest dates on the bunch. If you're half-decent academically, you're going to go to Riyadh University and do something like Accountancy or Computer Science. For the Imam University, the entrance test is to write your name on a piece of paper. If you manage to drool on the paper and not down your chin, you get in.

(Something that really annoys me about the place is that they actually have some of the best sporting facilities in the country. They have a soccer stadium that an English First Division side would be proud to play in. Of course it's totally under-used. Can you imagine 22 theology students, with their long straggly beards and white spindly legs, wheezing around trying to play soccer? My Grandmother could go out there and give them a good kicking.)

So it's no surprise that they graduate terrorists. It's a third-rate institution, with third-rate teachers, taking in third-rate entrants, and teaching the discredited and obscure form of Islam first propounded by Wahabbi. It's the Theology College of choice for Losers.

Apart from that, there's nothing wrong with it. ;-)
