Religious Policeman is "Pure Fiction" - Official!

Thanks to "Dana" at "Angry Toy Robot" for showing me this exchange of emails. He had been on the website of the Saudi Embassy in Washington, seen some of their quotes on the Cartoon Affair, and filled in one of those response thingys with his reaction. Here is the correspondence.

Really, folks, you people need to make some friends, and stop shooting your mouths off at every little "affront to Allah". God has a big multiverse to worry about, and I really, really doubt that he cares if somebody draws a cartoon of Muhammad. Thanks!

I had thought that the Saudi government might be able to help with these demonstrations, say something to calm the situation down (etc). So there is the official word from the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Washington DC. The "Religious Policeman" blog is "pure fiction". Sadly, that is what I had always suspected. I must now reveal the awful truth, that I am myself the creation of a cartoon character.
